The practice is in the Financial District of San Francisco, at the corner of Washington and Battery, two blocks from Embarcadero BART. Open weekdays and the second and fourth Saturday of each month.

Open six days a week, two of those Saturdays. Easy from BART, Muni, by car, or on a bike.
Hours
Monday through Friday: 9am to 6pm. 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month: 9am to 6pm. Closed Sundays.
BART & Muni
Embarcadero Station is two blocks west. Walk west on Market, right on Front, left on Washington. Five minutes door to chair.
Parking
Embarcadero Center garages, the Pier 7 lot, and Sansome Street meters are all within a one-block radius. Validation available for select garages.
Bike
Bike racks at the building entrance. Adjacent buildings have shower facilities if you need them.
How to pay without surprises.
We accept most major PPO insurance plans. For patients without insurance, an in-office membership plan covers preventative care and reduces the cost of treatment.

Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, and others. Bring your card; we verify before your appointment.
In-Office Membership Plan
For patients without insurance. Covers two cleanings and exams per year plus a discount on all other services. Annual fee.
Treatment Estimates
Every recommended treatment comes with a written cost estimate before you commit. No surprise bills after the fact.
Payment Plans
For larger treatment plans. We work with CareCredit and offer in-house payment scheduling for established patients.
